This workshop is for everyone who wants to start practicing Ayesha.
In the workshop, we learn to find the right position and balance in the ayesha.
Depending on the participants, handspring / moving from the floor to ayesha may also be practiced.
Grip options that will be reviewed: true / split grip and twisted grip.
We talk about shoulder mobility and strength, and test everyone's mobility and readiness to practice ayesha.
