Dance can be your therapy. The main focus of this class is on slow-motion, inner feelings&beauty. This class is all levels friendly and it is about diving in your body and its opportunities.

Diana Harten is a pole dancer from Estonia, Tallinn. She won multiple exotic pole dance championships and participated in Russian television dance contest TANCY NA TNT. She graduated from BFM Tallinn University with a choreography bachelor degree.
Diana loves to mix genres and push the boundaries. She was a main dancer in a theatre project “veenus.me” and represented pole dancing there.
In 2022 Diana directed and choreographed a pole dance shortfilm “VIII” and a pole dance performance in a theatre “Behind My Skin”.

The purchase of the workshop is a binding registration. We will only refund the money if you get sick and cancel your participation before the workshop and you also provide a doctor's certificate.
