In the Pole Heels for Very Beginners course, we increase self-confidence, get to know the secrets of heel dancing, and learn to be beautiful and brave. This class will teach you to look in the mirror with new eyes. In the course, you will learn floorwork and easy movements using a bar. You can't avoid rolling the barrel either. You don't need to have previous experience in dancing or pole dancing.
You can wear whatever you want to class, but we recommend bringing the hottest high heels and knee pads or leggings. If you don't have stilettos, you can also dance in socks, and the studio has some stilettos for rent. Shorts are not required, but the class is guaranteed to be hot, so we recommend light clothing.
