Eight-time starter course for pole dancing. The course is aimed at first timers, and the lessons do not require any experience in pole dancing, other dance or acrobatics. The course introduces you to the bar as a tool, various spins on the floor, grips on the bar, climbing on the bar and the easiest holds with your feet off the floor. The course also covers issues related to safety.
The course includes 8 hours of teaching.
