On this course we will be focusing on refining and polishing different movements. We’ll be practicing how to change the look of moves with small details and how to find different flows between moves. The bigger goal is to explore your own movement style. During the course we are not focusing on the pole tricks, but more to the other parts of pole dancing. (There might still be a few tricks…)
This course is mostly directed towards people who pole dance with heels, but you can also participate without them.
You are welcome to attend the course even if you attended it last time. You are also welcome if you were not in the previous one. The course content is modified based on the students' skills and goals.

Teacher Hulda
I'm Hulda. I've been pole dancing since 2008 and teaching it since 2013. Before that my main thing was circus. Recently (since 2016) I've been more into the dance side of pole. For me the most important things are creativity and finding your own style (which I would love to polish to make it it's best). In my no-pole-time I'm a teacher and I dance a lot.
