As part of African-American culture, twerking is a familiar sight in rap and hip-hop music videos. Today's twerk has also received a lot of influence from other dance genres, such as dancehall and reggaeton, but it is practiced as its own genre around the world. Book knee pads and clothes in which you can move easily/comfortably. During the class, the technique is practiced a lot, choreography is done, we get to know the history of twerk and twerk music.

Henna Räty is a dancer and dance teacher whose specialty is Senegalese dances. Henna has traveled for 10 years on training trips to Senegal, where she still travels regularly to update her skills. Henna is familiar with twerking originally through the Senegalese butt dance leumbeuli. Henna also has a lot of experience in the Jamaican dancehall queen style.
