Pole Heels Spinning Flow class is dedicated to discovering fluid movement on a spinning pole while wearing heels. In this class, you will practice basic pole dancing techniques and various movement combos on a spinning pole.
Whether you enjoy fast-paced action or prefer a more graceful style of movement, this class allows you to find your own way of moving and transitioning smoothly from one movement to another. This class is suitable for pole dancers of all levels, and the instructor encourages you to boldly try new moves and express yourself using the spinning pole. The goal of the class can be to learn new skills or deepen your own flow style with the spinning pole.
Instructors encourage participants to find their own style and express themselves through pole dancing. Beginner-level classes create a positive atmosphere where every participant feels welcome and encouraged. Beginner classes thus offer an inspiring path into the world of pole dancing, whether you are a first-timer or have previously tried the sport. Exercises are done in class according to each person's skill level and progress.
