Clothes, shoes, accessories and physical products have a 14-day return and exchange right. The products must be in their original packaging and completely unused. Please report the product to be returned by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You can send the product with the courier service of your choice (e.g. post or matkahuolto). We are not responsible for lost products.

Courses are not refundable or exchangeable.
Season fees will not be refunded and absences will be compensated a maximum of 1 time from January 2023. If you get sick and have to be away for a long time, send a sick leave certificate to email@example.com and we will reimburse the price of the absence from the next season fee or exchange it for a card or gift card.
Membership is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The membership is for a fixed period of 12 months and after that it is valid indefinitely with a notice period of 1 month. During the first 12 months, a break is possible if you have a sick leave certificate to submit or you are pregnant. After the first 12 months, you can pause the membership for a maximum of 1 month.
