The Pole Spinning Flow class is dedicated to finding fluid movement on a spinning pole. In this class, you will practice basic pole dance techniques and various movement combinations on a spinning pole.
Whether you enjoy fast-paced action or prefer a more graceful movement style, in this class you can discover your own way to move and transition naturally from one movement to another. This class is suitable for pole dancers of all levels, and the instructor encourages you to boldly try new movements and express yourself using the spinning pole. The goal of the class can be to learn new skills or to deepen your own flow style with the spinning pole.
The instructors encourage participants to find their own style and express themselves through pole dancing. Beginner-level classes create a positive atmosphere where every participant feels welcome and encouraged. Beginner-level classes thus offer an inspiring path into the world of pole dancing, whether you are a first-timer or have previously tried the sport.
In classes, exercises are done according to each person's skill level and progress.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made through the booking system 6 hours before the start of the class. Notify by calling +358505434615. Absences can be compensated with any weekly class in the booking system. We compensate a maximum of 1 hour/season.
In case of illness: If you or your child falls ill (less than 6 hours before the class) and you cannot attend, please contact us via WhatsApp or by calling +358505434615 to arrange compensation separately for each case.
