In Pole Tricks Basics & Inversions classes, students get to learn tricks on the pole. The classes focus on fundamental pole techniques, such as proper grips, holds, spins, and body control. Simple movements, basic spins, and easy combos are learned, forming a solid foundation in the discipline. The classes also emphasize developing strength and flexibility to ensure movements can be performed safely and controllably.
You can attend this class even if you have no prior experience in pole dancing, but even experienced pole dancers will find challenges in mastering the basic techniques.
Instructors encourage participants to find their own style and express themselves through pole dancing. Beginner-level classes create a positive atmosphere where every participant feels welcome and encouraged. Beginner-level classes thus offer an inspiring path into the world of pole dancing, whether you are a first-timer or have explored the discipline before. Exercises are tailored to each individual's skill level and progress.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations through the booking system 6 hours before the class starts. Notification to +358505434615. Absences can be compensated with any weekly class in the booking system. We compensate a maximum of 1 hour/season.
In case of illness: If you or your child falls ill (less than 6 hours before class) and you cannot attend, please contact us via WhatsApp or by calling +358505434615. Compensations will be arranged individually with each person.
