Seasonal fees non-refundable and absences will be compensated a maximum of 1 time from January 2023. If you get sick and have to be away for a long time, send a sick leave certificate to store@impi.fi, we will reimburse the price of the absence from the next season fee or exchange it for a serial card or gift card.

In membership no return or exchange right. The membership is for a fixed period of 12 months and after that it is valid indefinitely with a notice period of 1 month. During the first 12 months, a break is possible if you have a sick leave certificate to submit or you are pregnant. After the first 12 months, you can pause the membership for a maximum of 1 month.

Clothes, shoes, accessories and physical products have a 14-day return and exchange right . The products must be in their original packaging and completely unused. Please report the product to be returned by email to store@impi.fi. You can send the product with the Courier service of your choice (eg post or matkahuolto). We are not responsible for lost products.
