Pole Tricks lessons

Pole Tricks Beginners

Beginner pole dance lesson. In the class, we practice basic rotations, longer sets of movements with the bar on the floor, holds on the bar and the easiest inversions (head upside down movements). In class, you can also try a spinning pole.

Pole Tricks Intermediate

Intermediate barbell lesson. The class is suitable for you when you need longer sets of movements with the bar up, handstand movements with the bar or individual movements that require more strength and mobility.

Pole Tricks Intermediate/Advanced

Intermediate and advanced combined barbell lesson. The class is suitable for you when you need more invert follow-up movements, more challenging sets of movements with the bar up, deadlifts, flips, handstand sets with the bar, follow-up movements from ayesha or individual movements that require mobility of the back and legs. The sets of movements are carefully reviewed and, as necessary, movement variations are given to them according to the level of the trainer.

Open level

Open level barbell lesson. The class is suitable for pole dancers of all levels who have at least some experience in pole dancing. The class includes strength, mobility and bar technique training, which benefits all levels of exercisers. Different variations of pole tricks are available for different levels, and for longer sets of moves, you can train either the whole set or a single move.

Theme lessons

During the class, choreography is done with a pole and a chair. The level of the lesson is open, so it is suitable for everyone. Welcome to dance and have fun! The choreography changes every 3-4 weeks.

A pole dancing lesson where tricks and movement combinations are done with a spinning pole. The aim of the lesson is to find a fluent movement language with a rotating bar. The level of the class is open, but we recommend that you already have the basic tumbling and climbing skills of pole dancing when you join the class.

In the class, we practice fast tricks and combos on the bar, such as different grip changes, drops, drops and flips, as well as fast changes from one static trick to another. All the tricks in the class are divided into parts and preparation movements, and there are variations of the tricks at different levels, so the class is suitable for all levels, all you need is a quick mind!

Pole Flexy Tricks

In the class, you will practice different mobility tricks with the pole and the necessary properties for them.

Pole Choreo

During the lessons, we do choreography with the pole. The choreography changes approx. every 3-4 weeks. The class is suitable for all levels of pole vaulters. However, it would be good if you have attended at least a Pole Start course or a few Pole Beginners classes before participating in this class.

Pole Heels classes

Pole Heels Beginners

Beginner's stilettos lesson with pole. The class is suitable for those who already have some experience in pole dancing, but with heels you can also be a first-timer. During the class, we do choreography to music. The choreography does not include difficult tricks. The choreography changes every 3-5 weeks.

Pole Heels Open level

Open-level stilettos lesson. The class is suitable for squatters of all levels. During the class, choreography is done, which may also include tricks. The choreography is designed so that it is always possible to get an easier option for the more difficult parts. The choreography changes every 3-5 weeks.

Pole Heels Hardstyle

Hardstyle is a stylistic direction of stiletto pole dancing, where the tempo is fast, the music is aggressive and the choreography often involves spectacular tricks. These classes are aimed at those of you who want to get involved with this edgy style trend, but taking it easy. Bring your inner demon to life!
During the lessons, we learn movements and transitions characteristic of hardstyle, semi-fast or fast choreography and spectacular tricks with shoes on.
It would be good if you have at least some experience of pole dancing with shoes on.

Stripheels & Show

In the Pole Stripheels & Show class, different styles of elementary show-like choreography are built. The class focuses on enjoying pole dancing and bold expression in great heels. Choreographies change every 3-4 weeks, they can be soft and sensual or strong and fast.
The class is suitable for those who already have some experience in pole dancing, but with heels you can also be a first-timer.
Choreos include basic spins on the bar, different sets of steps around the bar and floorwork. It's guaranteed to be hot while dancing, so please bring a water bottle and a towel to wipe the bar.

You can dress however you like, shorts are not mandatory, knee pads or leggings may be necessary for the floor sections. We also try a spin rod for one koreo during the season. Welcome to dance!

Rock The heels Pole

Rock the Heels with the pole!
Rock The Heels is an alternative dance class created by Helsinki dancer Emmi Heimola. The choreography and exercises of the class combine heels dance, pole dance elements and various twerk techniques. During the class, we take a lot of floor contact, do easy acrobatic basics and throw ourselves into the powerful feminine movement without prejudice. Dark tunes from rock to metal play as music during the class.
For class, you should bring clothes that are easy to move in, knee pads suitable for dancing and high heels. Heels are not mandatory during the class, and if you wish, you can attend the class with bare feet, socks or indoor sneakers.

Rock The Heels is suitable for dancers of all levels, and no previous experience is required. All you have to do is bring an enthusiastic attitude. Warning! You might fall in love.
