This class focuses on two disciplines that challenge the body and develop skill: pole dancing and floor acrobatics.
Acrobatics involves practicing body control, balance, and dynamic movements – such as cartwheels, handstands, and various combinations.
Pole dancing is a form of dance that involves training strength, mobility, and spectacular tricks on a pole. You learn to climb, hold challenging positions, and move gracefully around the pole.
The class is aimed at 8-13 year olds who want to learn new things, develop themselves and challenge their limits. Everyone trains at their own level – goal-oriented, but in a relaxed atmosphere.
What to bring?
– Shorts for pole dancing
– Long leotards or training pants for acrobatics exercises
– Towel for cleaning the bar
– Water bottle
This is a class for those who want to work out seriously – but not really.
