In this class you will hone your high heels technique on the pole. The class includes individual moves (such as drops and flips) as well as combinations of several moves (flow-style combos). In between these, you will practice, among other things, the technique of pirouettes and body waves. This class does not focus on the so-called traditional pole tricks on top of the pole.
The class level is open. The class will be practiced wearing platform shoes.
The atmosphere in the classes is inspiring, and participants support each other in the learning process. We create a safe and inclusive space where everyone, regardless of background, gender, or fitness level, can feel comfortable. This is a place where you can be your authentic self and enjoy having fun together.
