In the Pole Heels for Very Beginners course, we will increase self-confidence, learn the secrets of high heel pole dancing, and learn to be bold and beautiful. This class will teach you to look in the mirror with new eyes. The course will teach you floorwork and easy moves using the pole. You can't avoid spinning the pole either. You don't need to have previous experience in dance or pole dancing.
You can dress however you want for the class, but we recommend bringing your hottest heels and knee pads or legwarmers. If you don't have heels, you can also dance in socks and the studio has a few rental heels. Shorts are not required, but the class is guaranteed to be hot, so we recommend wearing light clothing.
When you take the course, you will receive a 20% discount coupon for Pleaser shoes. You can purchase the shoes before or after the course if you wish.
