Tricks' Basics & Combos classes allow participants to perform tricks on the pole. The classes focus on basic pole techniques, such as different grips, holds, spins and body control during movement. Simple and slightly more challenging moves and basic spins are taught. and combos that form a solid foundation in the sport. Classes also emphasize developing strength and mobility so you can perform the movements safely and with control.
Instructors encourage participants to find their own style and express themselves through pole dancing. Classes create a positive atmosphere where each participant feels welcome and encouraged. Beginner/intermediate level classes offer an inspiring path into the world of pole dancing and also provide additional challenges for those who need it, whether they are first-time pole dancers or those who have been doing tricks for a long time. Classes include exercises tailored to each person's skill level and progress.
