In our Pole Tricks Basics & Inversions classes, participants get to play with the pole. The classes focus on fundamental pole technique, such as proper grips, holds, spins, and body control. You will learn simple movements and basic spins as well as easy combos that form a solid foundation for the sport. The classes also emphasize developing strength and flexibility so that you can perform movements safely and with control.
You can attend this class even if you have no previous experience with pole dance, but there are plenty of challenges for more experienced pole dancers as well when it comes to refining fundamental technique.
Instructors encourage participants to find their own style and express themselves through pole dance. Our beginner-level classes create a positive atmosphere where every participant feels welcome and encouraged. Beginner classes offer an inspiring path into the world of pole dance, whether you are a first-timer or have explored the sport before. In the classes, exercises are tailored to each person's own skill level and progress.
We create a safe and inclusive space where everyone, regardless of their background, gender, or fitness level, can feel comfortable.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations via the booking system 6 hours before the start of the class. Please notify us at +358505434615. Absences can be made up for in any weekly class in the booking system. We allow a maximum of 1 missed class per season to be made up.

Classes that are not cancelled cannot be made up.
