Rock the Heels is an alternative dance class created by Helsinki-based dancer Emmi Heimola. The choreography and exercises of the class combine heels dance, pole dance elements and various twerk techniques. The class includes a lot of floor contact, easy acrobatics and an open-minded approach to powerful feminine movement. The music during the class is dark tunes from rock to metal.
The level of the class is open, but it is a good idea to have basic spins under control before attending the class. Bring platform heels and knee pads. The class can also include thigh holds on the bar, so it is a good idea to bring shorts.
The atmosphere in the classes is inspiring, and participants support each other in the learning process. We create a safe and inclusive space where everyone, regardless of background, gender, or fitness level, can feel comfortable exploring their sensuality and danceability. This is a place where you can be your authentic self and enjoy fun togetherness and of course ROCK AND METAL MUSIC!

Cancellation policy: Cancellations from the appointment system 6 hours before the start of the class. Notification by email store@impi.fi. Absence can be compensated with any weekly class in the booking system. We compensate a maximum of 1 hour/season.
In case of illness: If you or your child becomes ill (less than 6 hours before class) and are unable to participate, please contact us via WhatsApp or by calling +358505434615. Compensation will be agreed with each individual separately.
