What does the starter course include?
- 4 classes - one hour per week
- Pole dancing basics - a safe start from the basics
- Basic movements and techniques - climbing, spins and simple tricks
- Developing strength and flexibility - body control and muscle strength

After the course
After the starter course, you can continue practicing with weekly classes or open training workouts. You will get a good foundation for continuing pole dancing!
Good to know
What to bring: Comfortable shorts and a top. We will train barefoot. Waterbottle and small towel
