In this class we will develop the movement language of pole dancing and smooth transitions between tricks.
You will learn how technique, music, and expression intertwine into a unified flow of movement.
This class is suitable for those who want to take their movements to the next level – discover new transitions,
Build confidence and let your own style develop with each move. You can participate in the class with or without shoes.
Instructors encourage participants to find their own style and express themselves through pole dancing. Beginner level classes create a positive atmosphere where every participant feels welcome and encouraged. Beginner level classes offer an inspiring path into the world of pole dancing, whether you are a first-time learner or have previously been introduced to the sport. During the classes, exercises are done according to each person's own skill level and progress.
We create a safe and inclusive space where everyone, regardless of background, gender, or fitness level, can feel comfortable.
