The floor version of Rock the Heels - in this class we are not using the pole. Rock The Heels is an alternative dance class created by Helsinki dancer Emmi Heimola. The choreography and exercises of the class combine heels dance, pole dance elements and various twerk techniques. During the class, we make a lot of floor contact, do basic acrobatic movements on the floor and throw ourselves into the powerful feminine movement without prejudice. Dark tunes from rock to metal is played during the class.
Clothing recommendations for the class: you should bring clothes that are easy to move in, knee pads suitable for dancing and high heels. Heels are not mandatory during the class, and if you wish, you can attend the class with bare feet, socks or indoor sneakers.
Rock The Heels is suitable for dancers of all levels, and no previous experience is required. All you have to do is bring an enthusiastic attitude. Warning! You might fall in love with this heels class.
The atmosphere in the class is inspiring, and the participants support each other in the learning process. We create a safe and inclusive space where everyone, regardless of background, gender and fitness level, can feel comfortable exploring their sensuality. Cancellation policies: Cancellations from the appointment system 6 hours before the start of the class. Notification by e-mail store@impi.fi. Absence can be replaced with any weekly class in the reservation system. We compensate a maximum of 1 hour/season.
In case of illness: If you fall ill or your child falls ill (less than 6 hours before the class) and you cannot participate, please contact us on WhatsApp or by calling +358505434615. Compensation will be agreed with each person separately.
