Rock the Heels is an alternative dance class created by Helsinki dancer Emmi Heimola. The choreography and exercises of the class combine heels dance, pole dance elements and various twerk techniques. During the class, we make a lot of floor contact, do basic acrobatic movements and throw ourselves into the powerful feminine movement without prejudice. Dark tunes from rock to metal is played as music during the class.
The level of the class is open, but it is good to know the basic pole spins before participating in the class. Bring platform heels and knee pads. We might also do thigh holds with the pole during the class, so it's a good idea to bring shorts with you.
The atmosphere in the classes is inspiring, and the participants support each other in the learning process. We create a safe and inclusive space where everyone, regardless of background, gender and fitness level, can feel comfortable exploring their sensuality. This is a place where you can be your authentic self and enjoy dancing together and of course enjoy the energy of ROCK AND METAL MUSIC!

Cancellation policies: Cancellations from the appointment system 6 hours before the start of the class. Notification by e-mail store@impi.fi. Absence can be replaced with any weekly class in the reservation system. We compensate a maximum of 1 hour/season.
In case of illness: If you fall ill or your child falls ill (less than 6 hours before the class) and you cannot participate, please contact us on WhatsApp or by calling +358505434615. Compensation will be agreed with each person separately.
Uncancelled lessons cannot be compensated.
