Welcome to the Pole Heels Sensual Flow ONLINE class! This class takes you into the world of choreography, where the challenge is slow and continuous movements and their smooth and seamless connection to each other.
Before the class, you will receive a Zoom link in your email through which you can participate in the class. The level is open, so the class is also perfect for beginners. We offer variations to movements that challenge and inspire even more experienced enthusiasts. We go through the movement sequences slowly and thoroughly so that each participant can enjoy dancing and develop their skills.
At the end of the class, we have a relaxing stretching session.
Participants can expect to learn dance elements such as step sequences, holds, spins and floorwork. The classes are organized in 3-hour packages, and you can participate from the comfort of your home or a nearby studio. If you participate in a larger group of friends, please remember that everyone must pay for guidance.
After the class, you will receive a recording that allows you to practice the choreography in your own time. If you cannot attend a class, you can later practice the missed class independently.
