The Glide & Grind Heels Technique class offers an opportunity to deepen your technique and control movements while dancing in high heels. This class focuses especially on combining smooth movements and balanced floorwork, creating seamless and impressive ensembles. You will learn to control your body in platform shoes, do flips, acrobatics and other tricks as well as longer combos both standing and on the floor.
This class is a floorwork class, no poles included.
The instructors encourage creativity and finding and realizing your own style. The class is aimed at dancers of all abilities and those who want to start a new daring dance hobby. There are certainly challenges for every level.
The atmosphere in the classes is inspiring, and the participants support each other in the learning process. We create a safe and inclusive space where everyone, regardless of background, gender and fitness level, can feel comfortable exploring their sensuality and danceability. This is a place where you can be your authentic self and enjoy a fun time together.
