This class focuses on choreography dancing around the bar and gives you the opportunity to express yourself through dance.
The class teaches versatile pole dance techniques and movements that are used in choreography. Choreographies can vary from soft and emotional, to powerful and dynamic. The choreography changes every 3-4 weeks.
Suitable for beginners as well as more experienced pole dancers, this class is a great opportunity to learn new skills and express yourself in a unique way. Whether your goal is a hobby or performing, this class offers you the opportunity to develop rhythmically in pole dancing.
The atmosphere in the classes is inspiring, and the participants support each other in the learning process.
