The Pole Heels Spinning Flow class is dedicated to finding a smooth movement for spinning pole tasks while wearing heels. In the class, the basic techniques of pole dancing and various movement combos with a spinning pole are practiced.
Whether you are a fan of going fast or a master of calmer movement language, in class you can find your own way of moving and move naturally from one movement to another. This class is suitable for pole dancers of all levels, and the instructor encourages you to try new moves and express yourself with the spin pole. The goal of the class can be learning new skills or deepening your own flow style while working with the rotating pole.
Instructors encourage participants to find their own style and express themselves through pole dancing. A positive atmosphere is created in the elementary level classes where every participant feels welcome and encouraged. Beginner-level classes therefore offer an exciting path into the world of pole dancing, whether it's a first-timer or someone who's experienced the sport before. During the lessons, exercises are done according to each individual's skill level and progress.
