This class is dedicated to aspiring tango and flowing movement.
We practice the basic techniques of pole dancing and various movement combos with a rotating pole. Whether you like the charm of the speed or the slower movement language in class, you will definitely find your own style for different transitions from one movement to another.
This class is suitable for all levels of pole vaulters and encourages you to try new moves and express yourself with the spin pole. Whether your goal is to learn new skills or to learn a better flow while dancing.
Instructors encourage participants to find their own style and express themselves through pole dancing. A positive atmosphere is created in the elementary level classes where every participant feels welcome and encouraged. Beginner-level classes therefore offer an exciting path into the world of pole dancing, whether it's a first-timer or someone who's experienced the sport before. During the lessons, exercises are done according to each individual's skill level and progress.
