In this class, slow and hot choreography is danced in platform heels on a pole. The movements focus on using the whole body gracefully and seductively.
The instructors encourage creativity and finding and perfecting your own style.
The choreography changes every 3-5 weeks. The class has an open level and it is always possible to get an easier option for more difficult parts.
The atmosphere in the classes is inspiring, and the participants support each other in the learning process. We create a safe and inclusive space where everyone, regardless of background, gender and fitness level, can feel comfortable exploring their sensuality and danceability. This is a place where you can be your authentic self and enjoy a fun time together.
